Can POTG be used on my own phone?

POTG Mobile is designed for supported mobile devices (Apple iOS and Android).

Can one account use multiple devices?

Yes. Standard includes five POTG licences and Expert includes ten. The final account and device setup will depend on your business configuration.

Which cashless payment methods are available?

POTG can record cash, external terminal payments, DuitNow and Alipay for ewallet transactions. Eligible Ampcell terminals may also support integrated MyDebit, Visa, Mastercard, DuitNow and Alipay payments, subject to provider approval and configuration.

Can customers receive a digital receipt?

Yes. A customer can scan a receipt QR code or receive a shareable receipt link that opens on their phone. POTG Terminal also supports digital receipt generation and physical receipt printing.

What happens when my business adds another store?

Any plan (Individual, Standard, Expert, or Enterprise) can be expanded to accommodate additional stores and potg license

How does the payment-terminal offer work?
